Become a Trainer

Are you passionate about supporting your community’s mental health? Becoming a QPR or BSBB trainer allows you to bring suicide prevention and culturally responsive mental health education directly to the people you serve.

What’s Involved

As a trainer, you will:

Attend a Training of Trainers (ToT) session (varies from 1 – 3 days, depending on the program)
Obtain certification to deliver QPR and/or BSBB trainings in your community
Gain access to trainer resources, materials, and ongoing support through Lines for Life
Join a statewide network of trainers committed to prevention, equity, and youth inclusion

*All sessions will occur over Zoom. You must attend all five sessions to be certified.

Application Process

Complete the application form to share your interest, experience, and community connection.
Applcation review: Our team prioritizes applicants who serve youth, rural communities, and BIPOC/Latine communities.
Decision notification: We’ll follow up with next steps within two weeks, including preparation for the training.
